Ranchi: Apartment owner Zultan Surin, aged 75, burnt to death in a fire early in the morning on the second floor of Pearl Apartment located in Siram Toli of the capital, while his sister Jolen Horo, aged 80, got badly burnt. The cause of the fire has not been known yet. Rajesh Kumar and Avinash Kumar of the fire brigade pulled out the burnt woman from the flames and sent her for treatment.
