CG NEWS: Two real brothers died in a road accident, mourning spread in the village.

Laxmikant Bansod, Balod. There was mourning in the district due to the death of two real brothers in a heart-wrenching incident. On Friday evening, around 7:30 pm, two brothers riding a bike were killed when they were hit by a truck between village Gotulmunda and Malkunwar Chowk on the main road from Rajhara to Daundi. One person was seriously injured. As soon as information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot.

According to the information received, Rajesh Pradhan, resident of village Gotoolmunda, had gone out to drop his brothers Somnath Taram (63 years old) and Hari Ram Taram (55 years old), resident of village Malkunwar, to Malkunwar on his bike number CG 07 LH 8880. During this time, at around 7:30 pm, while leaving Gotulmunda, at some distance, an unknown 14 wheeler truck hit the bike from behind and ran away. One brother died at the scene of the accident. Bharat Lal, a resident of Malkunwar, took the other brother and injured Rajesh Pradhan to the government hospital in Daundi in his car.

After Daundi police station got information about the incident, station in-charge Mukesh Singh, SI Dhaneshwar Sahu along with the staff reached the spot and sent the body to Daundi Government Hospital through 108 ambulance. Injured Rajesh Pradhan told that he was going to drop the two brothers to Malkunwar, when a big car hit him from behind. The relatives of the deceased say that both the brothers had left the house together at five in the evening. Nothing was told about where they were going. When they reached the hospital after getting information about the incident, they found out that both the brothers had died.

SI Dhaneshwar Sahu told that in this incident all three persons were riding on the same bike. A case has been established regarding the incident and Panchnama has been prepared and taken into consideration. The vehicle that caused the accident is being searched.
