Yogi government will conduct mega e-auction of 84 industrial plots of UPSIDA, applications can be made till this day

Lucknow. The Yogi government, which is taking Uttar Pradesh towards a new stage of development, is focusing most on accelerating industrial development in the state. In this sequence, Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPCIDA) has started the process of allotment of 84 plots by ensuring the allotment process of various categories of industrial plots.

Let us inform that on December 29, 2023, UPSIDA had started the process of 106 industrial, 13 commercial and 16 build up hall flated factory plots. This process has paved the way for e-tendering of the remaining 84 industrial plots. In this sequence, the process of auction of plots started by UPSIDA will pave the way for plots in industrial areas of many major districts including Unnao Trans Ganga City, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Lucknow, Jhansi, Ayodhya, Agra, Hardoi, Varanasi. . This e-tender process will be completed by UPCIDA through the e-tendering portal of State Bank of India (SBI).

Plots will be used as industrial, warehousing and flatted factory halls

According to the vision of Yogi government, all the information including reserved price, total area, EMD price of the plots for allotment of which auction process has been started by UPSIDA has also been shared. Of these, the smallest plot is 2426.97 square meters and the largest plot is 53563 square meters. In this, the reserved price of the plot which is considered the most valuable has been kept at Rs 64.69 crore. At the same time, reserved plots for build up hall flatage factories can be obtained on Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs 50 thousand. Activities like industrial, warehousing, commercial and flatted factories can be conducted in these plots.

14th February is the last day of application

The last date for applying under Mega E-Auction has been fixed as 14th February. This e-tender process will be completed by UPCIDA in collaboration with State Bank of India (SBI). This process will be completed through SBI’s e-tender portal. Let us tell you that UPCIDA is playing an important role in giving impetus to the developing industrial environment in Uttar Pradesh. Ground Breaking Ceremony (GBC) is being organized at Indira Gandhi Pratisthan in the state capital Lucknow on 19th February, in which focus is also being put on completing the final process of bringing the business intentions worth Rs 1.4 lakh crore by UPSIDA on the ground. .
