Ranchi: There can be an inquiry into the demise of Rahul Minj, a scholar of Delhi College. On this regard, on Tuesday, following the order of the Prime Courtroom, Lalpur Police Station and Justice of the Peace Amit Bhagat reached the cemetery along side the laborers.
