Raipur: The Chief Minister met the representatives of social organizations in Singarpur

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel met various social organizations and delegations in village Singarpur during the meet-meet program in Bhatapara assembly constituency today. On this occasion, on the demand of the representatives of many communities, the Chief Minister has given instructions to the local administration to sanction funds for the construction of the social building as well as solve their problems.

During the meeting, the Chief Minister sanctioned Rs 25 lakh on the demand of the typical society for construction of a community building, and Rs 10 lakh on the demand of Soni Samaj to build a Dharamshala at Bhatapara Mandi Road. On the demand of the Sikh community delegation, the Chief Minister said that Rs 15 lakh would be given for the construction of the building for the Gurdwara Coaching Sabha. Rs 10 lakh to Kanyakubj Brahmin Samaj for community building at Bhatapara, Rs 25 lakh for construction of waqf land on the demand of community building by representatives of Muslim community, Rs 10 lakh to Christian community for construction of boundary wall in cemetery and hall 15 lakh will be given for the construction. Rs 25 lakh was sanctioned to the Rajput community for the social building.

The Rice Mill Association met Chief Minister Mr. Baghel and talked about reducing the rate of straw. The Chief Minister gave instructions to conduct tests in this regard. The Chief Minister directed to investigate the demand of exemption of 0.5 percent agricultural tax imposed by the Dal Mill Association. The representatives of Poha Mill Association requested the Chief Minister to give 50 percent concession in electricity bill. The Chief Minister asked to send a proposal on the demand of the chairman of the Kirvai Gauthan Committee to form a Nagar Panchayat. On the demand for construction of a road in Khokhli village, the Chief Minister instructed to conduct a test.

The Chief Minister asked the representatives of the Satnami community to sanction the amount after registering the land for the social building. Similarly, the representatives of Panika Samaj, Kesharwani Samaj were asked to get the land registered for the construction of community hall. On the demand of land for Mangal Bhavan, the Chief Minister asked the representatives of the Sindhi community to apply as per the procedure.

Parliamentary Secretary and Kasdol MLA Ms. Shakuntala Sahu, Chairman of Mineral Development Corporation Mr. Girish Dewangan and Chief Minister’s Secretary Mr. Siddharth Komal Pardeshi were also present during the meet-meet program with the representatives of social organizations.
