NEW DELHI: Top Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the brand new Parliament construction Sunday morning.
Wearing conventional apparel, Modi walked into the Parliament premises from its Gate No. 1 and used to be welcomed via Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla.
