JAMMU: A person, known as Ashwani Singh alias Luddan of Samba’s Beheri was once arrested on Friday for allegedly making an attempt to kidnap a 17-year-old woman in Jammu and Kashmir’s Samba district, police stated.

On Thursday, Singh intercepted the lady on Health center Highway close to a freeway. He snatched her cell phone, beat her up and dragged her into his automotive along side an partner, the police stated.
