In compliance with the provisions given in Phase-30 Time table-1 of the Mahatma Gandhi Nationwide Rural Employment Ensure Act-2005 and the directions won from the Rural Building Division, Govt of India, the appointment of Ombudsman has been made in the entire districts of the state underneath MNREGA. In line with the ideas won from the Leader Government Officer, District Panchayat, court cases might be won underneath the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural) excluding MNREGA via the Lokpal appointed on the district degree.
