Collector and District Election Officer Dr. Priyanka Shukla has been appointed as Appellate Authority, Registration and Assistant Registration Officer for preparation of electoral roll with photograph for the bye-election of Panchayats within the district. Further Collector Kanker has been appointed because the Appellate Authority for all of the Kanker district (aside from segment Pakhanjur) and Further Collector Antagarh for all of the Pakhanjur segment.
Sub-Divisional Officer (Earnings) Kanker has been appointed as Registration Officer for complete Kanker segment and Tehsildar Kanker has been appointed as Kanker Tehsil and Tehsildar Narharpur as Assistant Registration Officer for Narharpur Tehsil. In a similar fashion, Sub-Divisional Officer (Earnings) Charama has been appointed as Registration Officer for complete Charama segment and Tehsildar Charama has been appointed Assistant Registration Officer for complete Tehsil house Charama. Sub-Divisional Officer (Earnings) Bhanupratappur has been appointed as Registration Officer for complete Bhanupratappur segment and Tehsildar Durgukondal has been appointed as Assistant Registration Officer for Tehsil house Durgukondal. Sub-Divisional Officer (Earnings) Pakhanjur has been appointed as Registration Officer for complete Pakhanjur segment and Tehsildar Pakhanjur has been appointed as Assistant Registration Officer for complete Tehsil house Pakhanjur.
