Commonwealth Video games: India Girls’s Cricket, Athletics, Squash and Desk Tennis groups succeed in Birmingham

India Girls’s Cricket, Athletics, Squash and Desk Tennis groups have reached Birmingham for the approaching Commonwealth Video games (CWG) which can happen from July 28 to August 8.

The Sports activities Authority of India (SAI) had given a send-off to the Indian contingent at other airports in India. The Harmanpreet Kaur-led cricket group left for the Commonwealth Video games from Bengaluru on July 25.

Girls’s cricket will make a debut on the Commonwealth Video games, with the suits to be performed within the T20I structure at Edgbaston. For the primary time, cricket will characteristic on the Commonwealth Video games since a Checklist A males’s match used to be held on the 1998 Commonwealth Video games in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

India are in Workforce A with Australia, Barbados, and Pakistan. In the meantime, Sri Lanka, England, New Zealand and South Africa are positioned in Workforce B.

India will start their marketing campaign towards Australia on July 29 at Edgbaston, adopted via Pakistan (July 31) and Barbados (August 3). The highest two groups from the respective swimming pools will development to the semi-finals. India are scheduled to play 3 video games within the league level of the match beginning July 29.
